



Eight months. 7,000 square metres. A new era. From 2018 onwards, we consistently propelled the long-standing trade fair "#essenz" forTransgourmet into the future — in only eight months from the initial idea to the final exhibition experience. The result goes far beyond traditional tradefair stand design: a holistic world of experiences that captures the vibrant charm of a modern market hall across 7,000 square metres.
The core: A 1,500-square-metre marketplace featuring 18 impressive and themed areas, each around five metres high — united under one roof, staged with an eye for atmospheric detail. Here, tasting shows, expert knowledge and genuine dialogue intertvine seamlessly. Around 150 exhibitors per trade fair, coordinated through meticulous logistical planning, involving high-quality stand construction and complex media technology.
From a professional audience to a genuine meeting place. What once was a traditional trade fair is now a vibrant venue that brings the professionalism of the foodservice industry to life in a tangible way that can be experienced by everyone. Clear reorganisation, atmospheric depth and a fresh new look for astrong brand.
