FAQ

Good to know.

We provide answers so your project takes shape.

How detailed does my idea need to be for the first meeting?

Don't worry, we meet you exactly where you are with your idea. In joint workshops and briefings, we create a concept according to your wishes and needs. Using modern 3D visualization, we then bring initial sketches to life.

Who keeps track of complex projects?

Our project management acts as your navigator. We guide your project through all planning phases, keep an eye on budgets, and communicate transparently.

How do you ensure technical implementation?

Through professional expertise and precision in factory planning. We use modern CAD systems to seamlessly integrate all trades.

What does “one-stop solutions” mean in manufacturing?

In our in-house workshops, such as carpentry, paint shop, and metalworking, we manufacture the necessary components directly and work hand-in-hand with external service providers.

Do you build worldwide and handle transportation?

Absolutely. From our location in Hofheim am Taunus, our logistics team ensures that your project arrives safely and on time – no matter where in the world.

How far in advance should an exhibition stand be planned?

For a custom exhibition stand, we recommend a lead time of 4 to 6 months. For complex double-deck constructions or international projects, a lead time of 9 months is ideal.

How is an exhibition stand made sustainable?

Sustainability begins in the conceptual phase. We rely on the principle of the circular economy (Circular Economy). This means: sustainable material selection, modular systems, optimization of CO2emissions.

In which cities and regions do we operate?

We operate nationwide and serve clients at all major exhibition centers such as Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Hanover. Thanks to our logistics network, we also implement projects across Europe and internationally.

What types of exhibition stands do we offer?

We implement projects using various construction methods:

Custom Convention Construction: Unique architecture for maximum brand presence.

Modular System Stands: Flexible, sustainable, and cost-efficient.

Hybrid Stands: A combination of system elements and individual design highlights.

We are Green.

For us, sustainability isn't just a marketing stance. It's embedded in every material, every design, every decision. We understand brand spaces as an ecosystem where visionary design and ecological foresight go hand in hand. For us, this means: We create impressive experiences – without leaving a trace.

Three pillars. One standard.

We rethink exhibition and event construction – holistically, precisely, and future-oriented. Ecological, economic, and social responsibility are not separate issues for us – they belong together.

Smaller footprint. Greater impact.

CO₂-neutral since 2012 – and that was just the beginning. FSC-certified materials, water-based paints, smart LED technology. Wood scraps heat our building. For us, the circle closes – literally. We make climate protection measurable: Our sustainability consultants identify CO₂ drivers, question materials, and optimize logistics – before the first step is taken. We honestly calculate what remains. Upon request, this can result in a completely climate-neutral project.

Growing with integrity.

Sustainable success requires more than efficiency. We invest our profits in innovation and in the people who make Artlife what it is. This secures long-term jobs and gives us the freedom to continually set new standards – for our clients and the industry.

Equality as a principle.

We build spaces, but we nurture relationships. We interact with customers, employees, and partners fairly and as equals. Our social responsibility is reflected in long-term partnerships and personal commitment – we don't just give resources, but what truly matters: our time.
