This only works if we treat each other as equals — also in our company. At Artlife the German informal form of address ("du" instead of the formal "Sie") is not a trend — it’s an attitude. From the first day of your training. Including the management board. Because great work can be achieved when people meet on an equal footing.
We value people who think, ask questions and are not afraid to swim against the current. For us, interpersonal skills are just as important as technical expertise. We support your professional as well as personal development. Because we want you to grow with us — as a person, creatively and professionally.
Every project bears the marks of those who built it. Whether you’re pulling the strings as a project manager, sketching out visions as an interior designer, or turning an idea into a masterpiece as a joiner: Your contribution is visible and matters. People joining us usually stay longer than planned — and that’s no coincidence.
Shape the future with us. Sustainably, as a person, professionally.
We have taken traditional vocational training a step further. Our concept is a mix of practical training and inspiration:
Deep dive in all fields: Besides getting to know your specific area you will alsogain an understanding of the bigger picture — from design to logistics.
In-person workshops: We bring internal experts and external professionals together. In intensive sessions, they will share their specialist knowledge with you.
Building a network: Already during your training, you will work closely withour partners and service providers and build up a real professional network.
Trade fairs and events don’t just happen. You're the director behind the scenes. During your training, you’ll learn how to juggle budgets, coordinate the various trades, take on responsibility, and keep a cool head — pulling the strings in the critical phase.

During your training as a joiner at Artlife you will create real things that inspire people — furniture, exhibition items, special structures, event and shop fittings. You will learn to work with wood and wood-based materials using modern, partly computer-controlled techniques, transforming raw materials into something that will last.
You will build, shape, and bring designs to life — with precision, sustainably, and an eye for detail that makes all the difference in the end.

We don’t just build event and exhibition stands — we bring ideas to life. And that is only possible, because we consistently highlight one thing: working as a team. We call ourselves the "People’s Company". For us, this isn’t just a fancy label but part of our working life — from cooking together during the lunch break to creative brainstorming across all departments.
Genuine team spirit: We nurture a culture based on honesty and mutual respect. We trust each another, learn from our mistakes and allow room for individuality. The result? An environment where creativity and productivity flow.
We love what we build. And we value working with people who pitch in.
Workshop or world tour – you get stuck in wherever you're needed. Whether it's pre-production in our Hofheim workshop or deployment on national and international projects – as a freelance assembler at Artlife, you'll be where exciting things happen. Independent, reliable, and with the craftsmanship such projects deserve.
What you bring. You're familiar with exhibition and event construction, work independently, and know how to operate common machinery. Solution-oriented thinking isn't just a buzzword for you – it's everyday practice. Commitment and reliability are too.
Sounds like you? Then get in touch – as an individual or as a team. We welcome both.

You're in control. We build the rest. No two projects are alike. No two days are the same. As a Project Manager at Artlife, you are the main point of contact for our clients, the central interface between design, production, and external partners – and the reason why everything comes together perfectly in the end. Independent, precise, with a true eye for the big picture.
What you can expect. You manage your projects through all phases – from initial inquiry, calculation, and proposal creation to on-site implementation. You are responsible for the budget, control the project flow, and maintain an overview even in complex situations. National and international projects, exciting clients, a team that pulls its weight – and expects you to do the same. That's your daily life at Artlife.
What you bring. Several years of professional experience in event and project management – ideally with a degree in architecture, interior design, or a comparable field. Alternatively: vocational training as an event manager with sound practical experience in exhibition and event construction.
You communicate confidently in German and English, think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented, and always keep an eye on budget and time management. You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of work4all or a CAD system like Vectorworks or SketchUp is a plus. A Class B driver's license is required. What truly matters to us: a can-do attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail.
What we offer. Permanent employment with attractive, performance-based compensation. Flexible working hours, mobile work possible. Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, genuine collegiality. Opportunities for personal and professional development, a subsidy for company pension schemes – and Heartlife: communal cooking, team events, and a team that stands up for each other.
Sound like you? Then we should get to know each other.

Precision is your language. Spaces are your creation. What you create on screen becomes visible worldwide at international trade fairs and events. As a CAD Drafter at Artlife, you translate ideas into technical reality – precisely, thoughtfully, and down to the last detail. You are the central point of contact for drawings, plans, and constructive solutions.
What you can expect. You create manufacturing and assembly drawings in close coordination with project management and production, develop constructive solutions, and reliably maintain CAD documentation. Bills of materials, quantities, dimensions – you keep track of everything so others can build what you've drawn.
What you bring. A completed apprenticeship or degree as a construction drafter, technical drafter, construction technician, master carpenter, or wood technician – or a comparable qualification. Solid knowledge of Vectorworks, SketchUp, or similar software. Technical understanding, spatial reasoning, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work. Experience in the trade fair and event industry is a plus – but not a requirement. What truly matters to us: accuracy, reliability, and team spirit. Even when things get tight.
What we offer. Permanent full-time or part-time employment (30+ hours), attractive compensation, flexible working hours, and the option for mobile working. Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, genuine collegiality. Opportunities for personal and professional development, a subsidy for company pension schemes – and Heartlife: communal cooking, team events, and a team that stands up for each other.

You give shape to ideas – before the first chip falls. What is created in our workshop starts with you. As a technical drafter in work preparation, you are the central link between project management and the workshop – precise, structured, and with an eye for the big picture. Furniture, exhibition stands, special constructions, event and shop fittings: you draw what others build.
What to expect. You create all kinds of drawings, program computer-controlled machines – including SCM, Mayer, Ott & Altendorf – and prepare cutting and hardware lists for project execution. You keep an eye on ongoing projects and ensure that the workshop and project management are always on the same page. Precision is your tool. A solution-oriented mindset is your approach.
What you bring. A completed apprenticeship as a carpenter, joiner, wood mechanic, or technical drafter – and several years of professional experience. Experience in CAD/CAM is a prerequisite; knowledge of TopSolid, Maestro, or Xilog is a plus. Experience in exhibition stand construction is also welcome. What really matters to us: adherence to deadlines, organizational talent, flexibility, and a palpable sense of responsibility. Team spirit, of course.
What we offer. Permanent employment, performance-based compensation, and a company pension scheme. A strong team, short decision-making paths, and a working atmosphere where people enjoy their work. Plus, training in the TopSolid CAD/CAM program – so you know what we work with from day one.
Sound like you? Then we should get to know each other.

Good projects start in the warehouse. With you. Behind every impressive exhibition stand is a functional warehouse. As a warehouse specialist at Artlife, you are the organizational backbone of our exhibition and event productions – closely integrated with construction and project managers, responsible for ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time. Always.
What to expect. You manage and optimize our material warehouse, properly receive and store goods, pick and pack for exhibition and event projects, and control incoming and outgoing goods. Additionally, you'll meticulously handle repair shipments, as well as the preparation and maintenance of materials. No two days are the same – but always with the same demand: precision down to the last detail.
What you bring. A completed vocational training in a craft and several years of experience in warehouse logistics. Experience in exhibition construction is a plus. A forklift license is desirable, but not a must. PC skills in Office and inventory management software are also helpful.
