Inspired by the atmosphere of an exclusive design hotel, the concept of our architects ensures that the brand essence "Quality made by Aareal" can be physically experienced — while being developed further year after year.
The core: An open, light-flooded atrium on an elaborate steel structure that offers space for meaningful encounters. Light-coloured wood, glass and cool steel define an ambience that is sophisticated and welcoming at the same time. Serving as a vertical anchor point, a six-metre-tall light installation catches the eye— and highlights the spaciousness of the architecture.
