The task

The central question for Kinnarps, one of the largest manufacturers of office furnishings, was: How do we make customers not only look from the outside, but stay longer at the stand? On the one hand, the booth concept had to be spectacular; on the other hand, the trade show appearance had to fit the Swedish company.

The Artlife solution

Create curiosity and attraction with atmosphere. This is ensured by the closed exhibition stand – a black monolith. The view through the only entrance into the interior is captured by “the Cloud”. An illuminated wooden installation composed of hundreds of squared timbers attracts visitors. A curved catwalk leads through the 810-square-foot booth, delineating the themes of communication, concentration and regeneration.

The 6-meter-high installation forms a visually appealing roof for the regenerative area thanks to its amorphous shape and its expansion of over 75 square meters. On the upper floor, meeting rooms offer a panoramic view of the stand activity. Specially composed music and sophisticated lighting and color schemes complete the atmospheric Kinnarps presentation.
