The task

Once a year, 6,500 employees of DVAG (Deutsche Vermögensberatung) meet for the Vermögensberater Tag, which is also the financial services provider’s annual kick-off event. The venue is Frankfurt’s “Gud Stubb” – the Frankfurt Festhalle.

The Artlife solution

According to a concept of the Offenbach agency Placet, we realized the entire event equipment for the festival hall and for the catering area in exhibition hall 3 in less than five weeks for planning and preparation. This included the realization of the frontstage as well as the centerstage. The curtain and backdrop of the front stage consisted largely of LEDs, while above the center stage two up to 15-meter-high, interlocking LED cylinders displayed graphic content.
