The task

The Bold Campus is one of the largest conference hotels in the Rhein-Main region and a reference project for our new business segment “Hotel Conversion”.

Within a few months, a total of 217 hotel rooms were completely gutted and remodeled according to the design concept of a designer, in addition to common areas and lounges. In order to adequately implement the designer’s creative ideas, Artilfe was particularly called upon to find the right mix of look, feel and durability in the selection of materials.

The Artlife solution

As a general contractor we offer all trades including the necessary project management from one source. We have a modern carpenter’s workshop and an efficient locksmith’s shop and are thus able to produce high-quality furniture made of solid wood as well as special furniture made of metal. This means enormous time savings and less coordination effort for the customer and has reduced the conversion costs here by up to 30 percent compared to the respective individual orders. All steps were carried out in the usual solution-oriented manner and with perfect craftsmanship. In addition, adherence to deadlines and budgets as well as the ability to empathize with the customer and his wishes are absolutely self-evident for us.
