Artlife as general service provider for the ADKA annual congress

For the first time, the Federal Association of German Hospital Pharmacists held its 47th ADKA Annual Scientific Congress as a presence event at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. As part of the largest and most important congress of its kind in the German-speaking world, Avoxa – mediengruppe deutscher Apotheker – commissioned Artlife as general service provider with the overall organization of the partner exhibition.

We are thus responsible for the conception and realization of the trade fair construction, the technical equipment and the associated logistics services. In addition, the range of tasks included all services related to registration and exhibitor management.

Under the motto “Hospital pharmacists – innovative, digital and close to the patient”, the event, which was specially tailored for experts in clinical pharmacy, provided scientific lectures and seminars. This year’s congress program was supplemented by an accompanying exhibition of partners from the industry. For this, around 1,000 square meters of space were covered with Aluvision system stands. This corresponds to approx. six trailers with material.

In addition to the pure logistics, the challenge for the Artlife project team lay above all in the individual support of the more than 100 exhibitors. Using an online ordering system developed by Artlife, the exhibitors were able to select from various stand construction packages, individualize them and book them directly. But also the necessary technical requirements such as media equipment – up to LED surfaces – could be ordered via the booking tool, as well as the registration of electricity requirements. The portal even makes it possible to exchange print data. With over 400 graphic files, this is a great relief for both the customer and the project team.

Artlife is one of the largest Aluvision partners with 2000 linear meters of material, Artlife is one of the largest Aluvision partners in the German-speaking region. By further increasing the material stock, we are reacting to the changed requirements of customers in terms of sustainability and short notice, while still offering maximum possibilities for individualization.

With the implementation of the ADKA annual conference, Artlife now manages three events of this magnitude as a full-service provider. Talks with further customers are already underway.
