The Project  manager at Artlife

As a project manager at Artlife, you bring a fair amount of technical understanding to the table and have extensive knowledge of common materials. You are a talented organizer with a doer mentality and love communicating with customers. As a caretaker, you act as a liaison between the team and the customer.

Project managers have a commercial education and ideally a degree in architecture/interior design or with a similar technically oriented major. Also welcome are construction/technical draftsmen with professional experience in interior design, trade show construction and/or event construction. Several years of relevant work experience in event and project management are desirable.

Your daily business at a glance:

  • As a technically experienced project manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of your projects until they are completed on time and at the end of the project.
  • You will be responsible for the budget and will monitor the success of the project on an ongoing basis.
  • You are the main contact and sparring partner for our customers and external partners.
  • You create presentations and control the complete project process from the request for proposal to cost calculations, budget planning and control.
  • You are responsible for the organizational and logistical course of the project on-event.
  • You are the central interface between the client, our design and production team and external service providers.
  • You organize all activities in the team and coordinate suppliers and service providers.
