What we offer you:
Artlife stands for fair and respectful cooperation. We are approachable, refreshing and humorous. Artlife lives from its open corporate culture, the team-oriented atmosphere and the encounter at eye level – and that in all areas across all hierarchy levels.
We pay fair salaries and, on a voluntary basis, vacation and Christmas bonuses (half a month’s salary each). If things go really well, we even pay a share of the profits.
Even though our job requires a high degree of time flexibility, we know that our employees can only perform at their best if their private environment is not neglected.
Our sustainability efforts involve all 3 pillars – environmental, economic and social. You can find out more in our special “Sustainability” section.
We offer our employees the option of a company pension plan.
At Artlife, there are different working time models. From minute-by-minute time recording to trust-based working hours, we offer the right model depending on the job description. Home office or remote work and new work concepts are also an integral part of our working philosophy.
Whether you come from Frankfurt or Wiesbaden, the Rheingau or the Taunus, by plane, train, car or public transport – we are always just a stone’s throw away.
Well-trained employees make all the difference. That’s why we support any form of continuing education that also benefits the company.
Our industry is very dynamic. In your day-to-day work, you will encounter diverse customers and projects. So there are many opportunities to contribute your ideas.
