Individual planning and efficient production

Our strengths include the production and implementation of individual furnishings and special structures for trade fairs, events and roadshows.

For the planning of individual pieces of furniture and objects or even entire rooms, we use the diverse possibilities of various CAD systems. The bandwidth of the programs ranges from two-dimensional drawing, three-dimensional construction to modeling, visualization and presentation. Likewise, all other data such as calculations, detail and assembly plans, parts lists or CNC production data for the further production phases can be generated from it.

In this way, we can already influence the later production in the planning phase and find economical material and production solutions.

For this purpose, we create design drawings based on VektorWorks and Autocad. Before production, these plans are carefully checked in the work preparation department, converted and transferred to the CNC machining center for production.

The assignment and definition of the assemblies and parts is done by a barcode generated by the system.
