The task
Under the motto “zusammen.bauen.”, Wego Vti invited to its own in-house exhibition for the first time. The system building materials dealer chose the logistics hall at the Kelsterbach site near Frankfurt as the venue. Together with the Frankfurt agency Idee360, we prepared the 10,000 square meter hall for the two-day event and transformed it into an exhibition hall.
The Artlife solution
The transformation into an exhibition hall required an intelligent, pragmatic concept with perfect use of space for 100 exhibitors and around 2,000 trade visitors. In addition to a spacious trade fair area, the concept also provided plenty of space for workshops, specialist lectures and live presentations and for the evening event. As part of the preparations for the trade fair event, a special focus was therefore placed on the development and structural implementation of a comprehensive security concept, including coordination with authorities. This also included a theme-appropriate branded guidance system that offered visitors orientation.
The overall set construction included the construction of the main and side stages, the exhibition stand construction for Wego VTi and 60 trade exhibitors as well as the complete equipment and decoration construction for the workshops and evening events.
