VIAN 2025 – Vorwerk International Award Night

For one of Vorwerk International’s largest events, the Vorwerk International Award Night (VIAN), the Mainz-based agency Pioneers Live once again relied on Artlife’s expertise in the structural implementation of major events. The Hofheim-based specialists for temporary architecture were responsible for the entire set and equipment construction for the multi-day event in Seville, Andalusia.

The focus of the design concept was on the theme of light as a symbol of individual strength, communal energy and collective growth. Artlife implemented the spatial concept developed by Pioneers Live with an atmospherically staged set construction, which formed the basis for the immersive brand experience. The venue, the FIBES – Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Sevilla, was transformed into a world of experience of over 11,000 square metres.

The event architecture within the exhibition halls included decorative and wall structures, large-scale fabric suspensions, floor coverings, grandstands and the construction of the 590 sqm award stage. The equipment construction in the outdoor area of the exhibition grounds included the decoration construction for the spacious welcome area including catering stations and the cladding of the stage for the open-air show in the evening. A total of 15 trailers with material from 27 fitters were installed within only 8 days of assembly time.

Every year, the VIAN is the crowning glory of an international Vorwerk sales competition and honors the company’s most outstanding players. This year, around 2,500 participants from 22 countries took part in VIAN.
